All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However, it is our policy to contact you if a product is no longer available and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product, we will arrange for the order to be cancelled and any monies received will be refunded.
We offer an extended range of handmade products some of them are obtained directly from our source in Nepal. These products are subjected to their stock availability. It is our policy to contact you to explain the stock and delivery situation with these products.
Shipping Policy:
Time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. However, every reasonable effort shall be made to keep the delivery date.
We shall endeavour to deliver the goods within the specified time from receiving your order (subject to availability) and every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any estimated delivery date given. If we are unable to do this, then you will be informed of the new delivery date.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
To purchase goods, you may create an Account or check out as a Guest.
If you check out as a Guest, full access to functionality on the Site may not be available to you including order history, order status, address book and receipt of additional marketing communications.

Every effort is made to ensure that the product description and price shown on our website are accurate at the time you place an order, if errors are found then we will inform you as soon as possible.
All images, descriptions, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea about the products as manufacturers may change the design of the products from time to time.
